What software or program are you using for traffic generation?

I would like to know what software or online programs are you using to generate traffic to your website? Please explain the benefits and why you recommend it. Thanks!

Traffic generation is not tool based, its strategy based. Get involved with the following:

1) Write Articles and submit them – Good distribution and link building

A link from an email does that count as a referring site with regard to google analytics or is that part of direct traffic.

Yahoo webhosting? What’s a good web host?

Every Top 10 Hosting Plans list I see is different. So those don’t offer much help.

Bluehost I’ve never heard of but keeps emerging as one of the best.

I’m currently using godaddy which I REALLY DISLIKE. It’s tortuous. Everytime you buy a domain, you’re blasted with screens of more options to buy crap. I dislike godaddy hosting.

I have about 8 domains and a hosting package currently on godaddy so if I switched I’d need to be able to transfer those.

I REALLY like yahoo’s search engine and answers! area, etc. But I am not sure about there webhosting.

Would need

– ecommerce (i’m going to be selling audio products, documents, and possibly video products from the site. So auto-downloading of a purchased product is a must (I know ejunkie offers that but that’s too small scale).

–Site analytics!!! I MUST have site analytics!

– domain transfer ease

–quality cPanel installs

– low cost etc.

Thanks. Bluehost was the top of this one list, so I may check them out.

Customer for years… raised my rate without warning. Restricted number of emails I could send. Requested an increase and got the run around. Was told to write to someone in particular and they never wrote back or responded to any calls. POOR customer service so switched. Must be nice to be making enough $$ to not care about service anymore.

NOT UNLIMITED SPACE===against the contract you can put only 50000 files . 100K jpg x 50000 =5G Precisely LIMITED 5Gb

It charges separately when server loads are increasing. .

this company requested additional money when Our Server ’s CPU quota are increasing.

Worst Swindle Company Blue host LIMITED 50000 FILES!!.

If you review a hosting company do not choose this company. Unlimited web space is the lie. YOU CAN ONLY PUT 50000FILES. If you put over 50000 files. Following mail come to you. >>>>>> Our reseach shows that server performance degrades when accounts have over 50,000 files. In order to ensure optimal performance for your account and the others in your shared hosting environment, we request that you reduce the number of files on your account to under 50,000 by—2009 Proper maintenance of your account will ensure the best performance for your website. If you are unable to comply with these requests your account will be automatically deactivated on -/-/2009 to maintain proper server performance. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

Internet traffic monitoring?

I have a small network in my office and other users can access the internet through my computer (I shared mine and my IP Address is their default gateway). I wanna know how much each user is using from the internet
what program do you suggest, I used a lot of them but they don’t specify which user is using the internet they just show the internet usage

how can I make my own professional Website…and edit it as i want?

Hi..
I own currently own some Blogs at blogger and get a whole lot of traffic there…
but i was just wondering how i can actually create a professional looking website…are there any tools used to make them ??
i actually want to have my own Forum….but not on the first page of the website….I also want to show ads on m site…
i have got little knowledge about HTTP
i don’t actually want to buy my own space then make my own forum and then upload it….I don’t know how to do that..
i was wondering if there is any website where i can pay and get a professional looking website with a forum and a domain name….
and i don’t have to go into HTTP editing or something like that…i wan website which i can edit using simple software or interface…

One of the hot buzzwords in the Internet Marketing scene as of late is Video Internet Marketing. It’s no secret that YouTube gets a metric ton of traffic – over 50 million unique visits a month by many counts – so, you may think that by submitting a video there, you have done all they can with video to get the word out about your site or product.

Oh, sure, you may have heard that there are other sites – copycat YouTube sites – out there, but the traffic that comes through them must pale in comparison to YouTube’s flood of traffic, right?

Well, yes and no.

Yes, most video sharing sites aren’t inundated with the virtual flood of visitors that YouTube is every month. But this can actually work to your advantage with getting noticed on the site. It means that neither are they bombarded with the flood of video submissions that YouTube is. YouTube itself estimates that at any give minute of the day, they have approximately ten hours worth of video being uploaded to their site. It’s a little tough to get noticed in an environment like that. Other, smaller, niche focused video sharing sites can level the playing field a bit.

Also, don’t be shortsighted and only think about the traffic that you will get through the site itself. Video pages rank quite well and quite quickly in the search engines. You can use this to your advantage. YouTube videos rank pretty well, but again, you are competing with hundreds, possibly thousands, of other videos targeting your exact same keyword in many instances.
